I can't seem to ever gain weight on my arms or my butt. I feel my body redirects those areas to my stomach.

Why is that? I had back surgery (kyphosis) and neck issues currently which used to give me stingers. I equate my awkward body to that. Because I'm a big guy but my arms are not and my flat butt is the same since I can remember. Anyone have same problems or any ideas?

If your back allows, you could do exercises like squats and use weights for your arms to build up muscle. By the way, we have the exact opposite problem--I am always trying to trim down those two areas. Oh, well :)

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.health-thin.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
