Just on the off chance there are any neurosurgeons out there with nothing better to do...?

I'm tired of all the strange symptoms over YEARS- so here goes
Had migraines as a child
Had dizzy spells as an older teen (no more migraines by then
Tried to see a chiropractor at 18-refused to adjust my neck because I got dizzy looking over my shoulder...something about blood vessels.
Had 5 level laminectomy 10 years ago (t5-99) for spinal epidural abscess(T3-L5)
7 yrs ago started having neck aches regularly(x rays showed loss of normal curve)
3 years ago...fell off of risers in choir...neck ct showed cervical kyphosis with wedging of c-6
3 months ago-something happened to my neck-I don't know what-It felt like my head was not stable on my neck, if I let it tip in any direction it felt like it might fall off of my neck...muscle spasms in a kneejerk response to try and catch it.-No I'm not kidding-it lasted 3 weeks....for some reason my voice would come and go during this time..also ended after 3 weeks.
Neck and shoulders have been in knots ever since.

Last week I had my first migraine in 20 years. I thought I had had a stroke. I could not speak correctly. Words came out wrong(i.e. sculpeycame out culpsey...pulsey...sulpy. Had a ct of my brain...normal. Came home...later in evening had flashing lights interfering with visual field...next day headache still excruciating...directed to er by pmd.
More lights...e.r. agrees it's migraine. I find that lifting up on my head provides relief from all symptoms. I place fingers around base of skull and under jaw and lift straight up.
Headache gets better
Today...deep aching in entire left arm.
Burning sensation in left breast and back of right shoulder- dizzy, arms go numb when I pull shoulders back I have no idea what is going on.
pmd sent me for more x-rays of my neck
I'm waiting to see if anything sheds some light.
Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause for all of my vague symptoms?
oh yeah...I am epileptic but my neuro has tested to see if these are seizure related but they are no

No insight man... Just certainly visit a doctor preferbly get a referral to a neurologist, and take some steps to having this looked into. Sooner the better.
