Can someone tell me what is making me have daily headaches? I have them every day right side ...? |
They are on the right side of my head. I've had them for about two weeks now. They vary in intenisity and occasionally I have pressure (feel like someones squeezing my head together!) and lately it almost feels like my head gets a chill and starts tingling like its cold. I am under stress but my head still hurts when I try not to be stressed (like after relaxing in a tub). I also have sharp pains behind my right eye. I'm only 22 and scared to death!!! I am in the process of buying my first house and worried about that. I also have a bad tooth that needs pulling soon that is hurting. Could that be doing this? I also have kyphosis & scoliosis and Have read that certain back problems can trigger nerve problems in your head. ANY HELP will be greatly appreciated because I'M SCARED out of my mind!!!! BTW if it helps, i've never smoked, did drugs or done anything like that. how do you know its not a tumor?? I'm scared to death its something serious! You could be drinking way to much caffene and not eating properly. Its not a tumah! (tumor) Simple...stress!! Well , this may be completely out there, but there is the possibility of allergies. I am aware of you tooth problem, and yes, that could very likely be the purpose for these right sided headaches, however, because there are so many variables in this, and no one can physically test you, a doctor is the only way you'll get decent answers. Yes we try to avoid them, but it's crucial that you make time if it's this bad. when I had daily headaches it was later determined to be carbon monoxide poisoning. Test your home. See your Doctor ASAP. It can be a medical problem that needs medical attention. And don't worry your much too young for the odds that it is something really serious, but you need a Doctor to figure this out. sinus problems can also cause that I used to get daily headaches at the same time every day, so I just ate a protien bar a little before the headaches came and that helped. It also could be a migraine, which can happen only on one side of your head and can last for days. I have scoliosis also, but I dont think that triggers migraines or headaches, but neck and shoulder cramps do. You should go to your doctor. i think you might need to go see a doctor. because it can get worse.. and i heard if you get constant headache and pressure, you might have tumor in your brain or symtoms of cancer but i'm not sure... but i suggest you better go see doctor or take pain killer... good luck if you drink too less water you get headaches hello my friend. i too tend to have that problem. Sounds to me like a sinus headache. If I get them on one side of my head (or sometimes near my teeth), I know for me it is a sinus headache. I take a sudafed and it goes away. Sometimes I get these sinus headaches even with no other symptoms of allergies at the time. You also sound like you are under a lot of stress, so tension headache could be complicating a possible sinus headache. Hi there, I had the same problem when I was a teenager, my head hurt like yours and felt if it was being squeezed, I thought I was having a breakdown, because previously I had a panic attack and did not know what it was, so after that I started avoiding croweded areas in case I lost control of people in front of them, and then I would be carted away and so the problems just got worse and I started to get the headaches you describe. It was only when I realized that what was happening to me was just stress and worry, I started to calm down and the headaches stopped. What I shall advice you is to take some relaxation exersises, perhaps even yoga or even relaxation tapes, Stop taking caffine if you do, and this can increase stress, just relax and enjoy life. And when you have achieved this your headaches will stop. Take care. |
