Can person be able to walk normally after knee replacement surgery?

Can somebody be able to walk or do activity sameway after knee replacement? what are the precautions to be taken?

Jasmine, After knee replacement a person can walk normally. But natural limbs are natural. Our medical science progressed very well in this field.
