I would like to challenge a inventor/s out their to make a knee replacement last a lot longer then 15 years?

I would like to challenge an inventor out there to do a knee replacement that is light and last for 20 or thirty years or longer. Thanks

your challenge is constantly being researched by numerous companies (zimmer, j&j/depuy, stryker, biomet, blah blah) and orthopedic surgeons/researchers.
lighter prosthesis isn't necessarily better. there are so many variables in making a total knee replacement last.

if i put one in a 70 year old little lady who does nothing other than just walk around the house, it will probably last 20 or 30 years, or she will go to heaven or hell with it.

and if i did invent one, it would be sold to the highest bidder (one of the above mentioned companies) for a gazillion bazillion dollars.
