Replacement knee surgery?

has anyone had replacement knee surgery and if so what was the outcome?

The price of knee joint replacement surgery is very low in India as compared to USA, UK and Canada. My cousin also got her hip replacement surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare .She is more than very happy with the results. She is totally pain free now. She just paid 25% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and magazines. I have read a lot of their patient stories also. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as all joint surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by NHS in the UK. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Highly recommend it. My Dad had it done last year and is doing much better and my Mom just had it done last week. I can't wait to see her walk too. Don't suffer for too long. My Mom did for about 10 years and now finally, she broke down and had the surgery.

My wife has had both knees replaced. The outcome has been fantastic. She is pain free from arthritis and has total mobility. Go for it.

I've not had it but know a 82yr old woman who had it and wishes she'd had it many years previous.

She told me the reason her outcome was so good was her preparation for the surgery and having a LOT of physical therapy afterward. Her best workouts were in the pool.

If your quality of life is low now due to knee pain-just think of how much better life could be once the new knee is healed!

Good luck.

Im 36 and paid privately for it, nightmare mate, dont do it, worst time of me life

My Mum had it done in her seventies and it was successful except that she couldnt totally bend her knee afterwards.

I deal with these alot in my career as a orthopaedic plaster technician .Total Knee Replacements have a very good outcome, and are normally have a good successful rate after. Its very rare indeed for the patiend to have further problems after surgery too.
