Does Curves cause knee injuries?

I was thinking about joing Curves but someone said that they have a high rate of knee injuries. Is that true? Arthritis and knee problems run in my family and I want to be careful. Thanks.

no start slow and build yourself up ,doing nothing you could gain weight that could be hard on your joints simply walking first will get you ready its a great decision to join just no your body and keep it up good luck
