Does anyone know about knee injuries???

Now, I don't know if I'm spelling it correctly but...has anyone heard of a knee injury involving your PLANKA? I think it's around your meniscus. HELP? Am I spelling it right or even have the work right?

I am not sure of the spelling either. I think you are referring to the Plica Band. If that is what your talking about, it is one of the major ligaments in your knee. It is the one opposite of the ACL. I had an injury that required mine to be removed. It took about a year of intensive physical therapy to re-learn to walk.
