Does anyone know some knee injuries that are sustained in football.?

Are their any that are not that serious that are cured within two months. And no surgery is needed and you can still play football once you have been rehabilitated.
I need to write a research paper

Hyper-extension is when a joint gets forced the opposite way it normally bends. I'm tall and had a lot of knee hyper-extensions when I played. You get blocked or tackled low, and your knees basically get pushed backwards, without breaking. It hurts and requires a lot of ice for a long time because of joint swelling and ligament pulling, but you should be good to go within a month or so if you stay off the leg when you can.

Hyper extended knee. Hurts like hell, but requires no surgery.

A contusion to the knee resolves quickly. A small sprain can clear up with stretching and medical management in 4-6 weeks. It all depends on the severity of the condition. Simply, the more extensive the injury is, the more time it may take to resolve.
