What exercises will relieve knee pain? I destroyed my knees with injuries playing rugby.?


I have tried squats and leg press, however this seems to have exacerbated the problem. I'm in my mid twenties, any suggestions on what might help? Thanks.

believe it or not.......hacky sack. It was originally made for recovering knee problems. use the inside and outside kick more. It will help with overall flexibility of your knee and work the stabilizing muscles. bike riding will help too.

messed up my neck playing rugby, still hurts ten years later. But the times were worth it. Brother lost both his knees playing too. Took him years to recover.

Oh ya. He would do hundreds of flights of stairs on a stair master.
