Knee injury 2 years ago?

years ago, I got an injury in softball. if was barely anything, and it wasnt seriouse at all probably a twist or something. ever since that though, the same knee acts up. after running and stuff it starts to hurt again. does anyone know what this is? thanks

I'm no medical expert, but its better to be safe then sorry so I'd get it checked out by your GP
