I have a knee injury what ab exercises can i do without causing more injury or pain?


i had just started a light work out program before i got the injury so i don't really know much about fitness...but i want to keep working on my abs and upper body without having to go to the gym for a few weeks but all the ab exercises i can think of makes my knee hurt

You'll want to do exercises that don't twist the knee in any way, or force the knee to tolerate more weight. You can works on your abs and upper body in your arm chair. Get some small hand held weights for your upper body. You can also sit on a stool and do some half squats from the waist without using your legs.
