What should i do to heal my knee injury as quickly as possible?


I suffered a knee injury while i was playing soccer, now it has been three days the pain is not going nd day after tommorow I have a match agaist a school, so I need u to help me how can heal the injury as fast as possible before the match

It depends on the injury and how bad it is, but RICE is the standard -- Rest Ice Compression Elevation. And accept that you might not be able to play in the soccer match if it's a bad enough injury.

Depends how bad it is. If it is just a bad sprain, rest - no play before the game. Secondly, stretch. Do stretching for quadriceps and hamstring muscles. You may think it isn't related to your knee but when you stretch your quads you are stretching the tendons around your knee. Thirdly, use ice. Fill a plastic bag with ice cubes and tie it around your knee. Leave for 25-30 minutes. Do about 3 times a day.

Get some Counterpain ointment and massage the part that hurts and around it. Also do this twice a day, thrice if the pain is very bad that you can't sleep. Get some spray before the game - in case it hurts very badly at the start of the game you can try and reduce it with the spray but if it is getting from bad to worse please stop.

I would go to a Knee dr and get it checked out.
