Cheer ups?


I've been really down lately. I keep thinking back to how when I'd be sleeping my ex would be putting the mvoes on me and touching and feeling my body all over and fondling me. My friends keep bothering me saying they think I have the start, or i'm in the starting stages of an eating disorder (ED-NOS).

I can't get a date.

I'm in a new school, and not only that, the friends I had made, one got mad at me so now none of them will come near me or even talk to me. So I pretty much sit alone all day at school.

I keep getting chronic daily tension migrains. I have a bad knee (patellofemoral syndrome) and I twisted my ankle on Sunday but having seen a doctor yet and its still veyr painful.

I haven't smiled in days and I don't bother trying to talk to people anymore. And the one guy who does make me smile lives in England and has been busy lately with work.

What are ways I can cheer up? I'm really, really feeling down in the dumps.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time...

Remember, getting a date isn't everything. You will find someone that is perfect for you when the time is right... (sorry about the cliche)
Since your friends are upset with you, try to befriend some other people. Smile and talk to people in your classes and ask if they want to hang out at lunch or whenever.
Also, see a doctor as soon as possible! They can give you medicine for your headaches and maybe physical therapy for your knee (sorry, I don't know anything about patellofemoral syndrome), as well as treatment for your ankle.

To cheer up a bit, try doing things you love to do. Make your favorite kind of cookies or watch your favorite movie. Maybe do something fun with your parents.

Maybe you need to see a therapist....

Find someone to smoke a joint with and just relax.

Here is an idea listen to your favorite music and rock out,make sure it is happy and not sad.

Ok... Momma said there'd be days like these...Relax...Be yourself...Realize what it is about you that makes you proud to be you...Notice the beauty of the world around you......Take up a hobby or interist that you enjoy in spare time.... it can help you find new friends....Accentuate the positive side of life....Realize all that there is to be thankful for. Look at the world around and see that you are sure to have alot more going for you than some people....Stop and smell the roses watch the sun rise and know that there is someone up above who is watching over you....and that you are loved! Think about your self image in a positive light. You are beautiful and you will prevail...Friends who get mad and act so immature are not good friends anyway! Things will improve!
If you think you are not eating properly own it and change it..
