What disorder do i have??? |
im always sick with something.. either migraine headaches.. or knee problems and now i have stomach problems. i went 2 my doctor but he always does tests on me and never seems 2 find anythin wrong with me. he says its all in my head. and its not real. but i REALLY feel the pain!!! and it hurts soooo much!! how can it not be real??? the doctor said its a mental problem.. but wich one..?? I had migraines bad, got cured with a shot of botox in back of neck, it parrelized the nerve that triggered migraines, but I to was told it was in my head because they couldn't cure me, until I found a good Dr that tried everything, imitrex was the best temporary fix, botox was a new thing, ins didn't want to cover it, but it cured me. as for the other things, try watching the food you eat, excersise so you don't get arthritis in knees, take vitamins, see if that helps, you're not crazy, they said that to me because they couldn't figure out what was wrong, be proactive, but realistic Maybe he's talking about M眉nchhausen's syndrome. You genuinely think you are sick but really aren't. People with M眉nchhausen's syndrome like the attention that they get from others when they are sick. fibromyalgia All I can think of is that you might be a hypochondriac. hypochondriasis or somataform disorder A Very Vivid Imagination. Its probably caused by stress. Try and be happier in life. Hope that helps! maybe just a sissy, suck it up soldier seasonal schizoeffective disorder, very common, can be treated with vagus nerve stimulation. That's what doctors tell you when they can't find a cause for your symptoms. They are tired of you and frustrated, so they decide there isn't really anything wrong with you, and they wash their hands of you. They tell you you will just have to learn to live with your symptoms. Sometimes they give you a prescription for a tranquilizer to help you do so and so you'll stop bothering them. Consider to be more in fresh air, and also walk for20-30 mins a day. Could be a lack of oxygen or natural Vit D. Have you ever been checked for lupis ? I understand some of the difficulties in seeing another physician, but you really should look into what you need to do to get a second opinion. At worst, this will verify the diagnosis of the first doctor, and at best put you onto a path to better health. I'm going to try and help you here. Do you do all the right things health wise? eat properly, exercise, drink water, sleep properly? If the answer to those is truly yes, then the next question is - how do you get along with people? Do you have friends, feel loved and supported, have a good attitude to life, have good self esteem? If the answer is truly yes then the next question is - has your doctor taken blood tests and liver function test etc, have you been tested for allergies food/environment? Have you changed Dr. and got a second opinion? |
