I NEED to LOOK GOOD IN spandex for VOLLEYBALL plz help?


can you tell me some excersises to frim up my thighs and butt for spandex season? i just hate the jiggle when i run. i am not fat or anyhting, just not tight and firm.

also, i have this wierd skin disorder where my skin just stopped growing or something . my legs are horrible because i have stretchmarks all the way from the top inner thigh to the knees and down my calves. the go all the way around my legs, and on my butt, my sides, boobs, and arms. how do i get rid of them fast?

You can't get rid of stretchmarks...you can use certain types of lotions to lighten the color differentiations, but you can't get rid of them. And as for the "weird skin disorder" no...it's called puberty. Your hormones went out of whack, your body grew, stretchmarks did too...it happens.

As for the thighs...lots of leg excercises. Simplest ones? Lunges, ball squats, leg curls. Ask your volleyball coach for other suggestions to tone up your legs, they'll more than likely have good ideas for you.

As for the butt jiggle i dont know. Me, personally i have not had stretch marks before, but a friend of mine did and there is a cream that i beleive you can buy over the counter @ any drug store or maybe you need a perscription from a doctor to get this cream that you apply twice a day and it takes your stretch marks away.
