Worried my brother may have klinefelter syndrome? Questions?

I am really worried, we are going to the doctor tomorrow. I have some questions about it.

1.) He is only 9years old. Is that too young to tell?
2.) He has some "man boobs" is that a symtom?
3.) He also stutters a lot when speaking is that also a symtom?

If you google the syndrome you find several sites that explain all the symptoms. Just from the few pages I've read, gynomastia (enlargement of the male breast) is a symptom, but I think they are going to have to do some testing first to see if he has any of the genetic characteristics of this syndrome. But, this is all based off what I've read in 5 minutes. So, do some research and hopefully you can gain some good knowledge, but my advise is try not to worry until he has a diagnosis. Good luck.
