I would like to know the procedure for removing both kidneys before transplantation? |
My son is in kidney failure, the doctors want to remove both his kidneys before surgery of the new one, he will be one month with out any kidneys and on dialyis until he is ready to recive his new kidney, I would like to know what the process is and what to expect thru out this ordeal if any one can help me to understand it better I would greatley appreciate it, my son is 16 years old and this is so scary of a process and so much to learn about before we make any choices. thanks for any help |
