I've been trying to conceive with my husband since early October. He's battled kidney stones since he was 40 & he's now 51. He's passed his share of stones during that & managed to get 2 women pregnant during that time. We've been married since the summer & he has passed 3 stones since then. Can passing several stones during that time affect him in down there in anyway? I mean having heard him scream in the bathroom when he's passed them, you would think after having that many hard stones come out of his penis would do something! His last one was fairly large, I cant imagine what one like that feels like for a man. He said i'll know what it feels like when I have a baby & the only difference is a woman's legs are up in stirrups & she can get an epidural & experience less pain, where as with his stones, he stands over a strainer in the toilet & tries to "fire/push" a kidney stone out through his penis! Kidney stones have no relationship whatsoever with the reproductive system either in males or females. These are two different systems.
Only one thing may be hampering conception is that in severe pain due to any cause the sexual performance gets lowered because pain causes feeble or no erection and in severe pain sexual desire becomes either very less or disappears.
I would like to suggest you that first let your spouse get treated for kidney stones and then concentrate on conception.
If still you are not able to conceive then there may be so many different reasons for not conceiving-1)most commonly it is the wrong timing of sexual activity.2)Problems of ovulation.3)Oligospermia or azoospermia.4)Genital tract tuberculosis in females.5)Blockage of Fallopian tube.6)Diabetes mellitus in males which causes erectile dysfunction.7)Anxiety due to any cause.8)hormonal problems in both males and females. Possibly, I Am Only 14 So I Don't Honestly Know Sorry. I Hope Your Are Able To Conceive A Child. You May Want To Talk To A Doctor Though. I Wish You Goood Luck! |
