Kidney Infections? |
I have been having symptoms of cramping in the pelvic area, fullness and bloating and being tired for the past two weeks. I went to the doctor yesterday and she had me give her a urine sample. She informed me that I had a kidney infection and put me on Cipro 500mg 2x a day for 10 days. I am shocked because I have had bladder infections in the past and usually have burning with urination and this time I don't. My questions is can you have kidney infection without the burning when you urinate? Well, yes you can. Yup. I had a terrrrrrible kidney infection once and I had no symptoms whatsoever until about 5 days into it when they all hit me at once. I feel your pain!! :) Get well soon! Tests are test. Drink cranberry juice. You'll feel better in a couple of hours. |
