What causes kidney infections? |
Are there things that we do that cause kidney infections? I know drinking soda can cause them, but I was wondering what else. Like holding your pee in for while or not completely emptying you bladder. Kidney infections are generally caused by bladder infections that are not properly treated. I am not aware of soda causing kidney infections. However, not completely emptying your bladder is definitely a risk factor. See the source below for other risk factors (and more about kidney infections in general). drinking a lot of soda is the main one I think holding your pee will give you a bladder infection but not a kidney infection. the longer you go without treating it the worse it can get treat a kidney infection asap |
