Why do i always get kidney infections??

i've been on antibiotics loads of time but then a month or so later i always get thm agaain and worse

Probably because your immune system isn't functioning as well as it should. Antibiotics usually create more problems than they solve. Maybe you should look into alternatives like cranberries and the like. There are many very healthy natural solutions available. Check out the handy health encyclopedia here: http://www.iherb.com

Antibiotics probably stop you the pain when ur on them and ur immune system cant fight the infections but when the infections really occur it hurts. You might have whats called kidney stones. Only drink water not soda that might help. Consult a doctor.

be sure to drink lots and lots of water...are you wearing cloths that are too close to your skin? are you on the right antibiotics? wear loose clothing, and be very careful (sorry to be graphic) about the way you are wiping yourself when going to the potty...wipe from front to back. to make sure you are not getting any kind of bacteria there...drink a lot of cranberry juice, and lots of water, for sure,...but see if the infections are totally clearing up or if you need something stronger..good luck..they sure are annoying

-How much water do you drink each day? It is recommended that everyone drinks 2 litres of water a day so that the kidneys get flushed out properly. One way of knowing if you have drunk enough water is seen by the colour of your urine. If is dark yellow colour you haven't had enough water. Your urine ideal colour is very light yellow.

Try drinking more water and see if your kidney infections lessen.

U could need a kidney flush. that isnt as bad as it sounds. try drinking lemonade, and cranberry juice for about a week and see if u can get all the impurities out of your body. stay away from sodas, and sugary drinks for awhile and this will cut back on the infections,. and make sure u limit your intake or coffee or tea as the caffeine doesnt help ki any either. good luck and i hope that u feel better...
