Its NOT a Kidney Infection?????? |
Ok, so I have had a couple UTI's/Kidney infections since the middle of last year. Had another one a few months ago and a small bladder infection about 1 1/2 months ago. I started feeling super sick (nauseas) a couple days ago. Had some lower right side back pains and right side pains. They took urine yesterday at the doctors office, took blood too. They dipped the urine and said no infection but gave me Cipro anyways to *treat* it like an infection. Scheduled me this Tuesday for a Renal Ultrasound to check for stones. I took my first antibiotic last night and felt better this morning, not pukey anymore. But my side and back still hurt and now a little lower abdominal pain. There has been burning while urinating for a few weeks too. I have only one sexual partner. My fiance and I are very true to each other. Anyone ever had a stone before? I'm very nervous and scared. I also had a hysterectomy in January with the ovaries left. Any ideas would be great. The area where your describing is where your kidneys are located. It could very well be a kidney stone. Also the burning sensation while urinating sounds like a problem with your kidneys. It doesnt sound like it would be a problem with your ovaries. Just get the x-ray done, and see what it reveals. Good Luck! Thanks! I did get the ultrasound done and nothing at all was found wrong with my kidney's. Still have the pain sometimes and the bladder spasms. Everything checked out though, who knows what's wrong with me. Report It |
