If you are starting to have kidney failure? |
What are the signs of kidney failure? What to watch for? Can you do anything to reduce the damage before it gets too bad? Please only serious answers.....thanks. Natural foods help keep the blood and organs cleaner. exercise will help too. try walking 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. You would notice swelling in your legs and ankles. You may feel itchy all over, short of breath, tired. There are many symptoms. If this is a concern of yours I suggest you get to the doctor soon and have a work up done. A simple blood test can tell the basic function of you kidneys. Also while you wait you may want to watch your fluid intake and decrease the amount of foods high in potassium and phosphorus. |
