Signs of kidney or liver problems/failure?

what are the signs of early or already kidney problems or failure or liver problems or failure? what are the signs of liver or kidney problems/failure for those who have diabetes?

i don't know about the kidney, but if your liver begins to fail your skin turn a shade of yellow.

CONCENTRATED URINE,JAUNDICE

Swelling all over the body, bad color, sick, in and out of coma

Kidney problems: sleepy, can't think right, retaining water (gaining weight).

i know that with kidney failure, you can get a rash all over your body.... it will just appear almost like poison ivy or oak then the redness and the itching. my friend didnt have a fever or any kind of sickness.....

LIVER FAILURE:

In hepatic failure or cirrhosis, one develops jaundice (a yellowish colouration of skin, nails, and white of eyes, due to build up of a substance called bilirubin [which comes from dead red blood cells]) that the failed liver no longer breaks down.

Secondly, the patient may get so-called spider naevi, which are red spider-like shapes of blood vessels showing just under the skin, usually on the trunk, but can occur on limbs or elsewhere.

Thirdly, some patients develop "liver palms", which are reddish looking palms of hands.

Fourthly, because the liver is important in making proteins, blood protein levels fall in liver failure, reducing osmotic pressure, so fluid leaks out leading to oedema eg swollen belly and ankles.

KIDNEY FAILURE:

In chronic renal failure (long-term NOT sudden) there is lethargy progressing to fits or coma, intense pruritus (itching), a tendency to bleed easily and asthenia (loss of weight and weakness), all due to failure of excretion of waste matter, mainly breakdown products of proteins.

In acute renal failure (occurring quickly due to very low blood pressure or due to urinary tract obstruction), there is a sudden great reduction or even stoppage of production of urine.

Hope this helps, BUT IF YOU ARE WORRIED, SEE YOUR DOCTOR.
