What should I eat in kidney diseases if the BP is controlled for last eight months ?

Gosh I hate to sound like an a$$$, but the diet for the kidney disease is the most stringent out there. You can't eat anything! Not to sound extreme, but you have to limit liquid intake if you are on dialysis. You have to limit protein and anything with potassium. And if you look at dietary restrictions, potassium seems to be in everything. I lost 35 lbs. when I had the disease. I lived on fish and sushi---not a bad substitute because those are foods that I love.

Avoid high protein and consult your doctor.
