Kidney Disease Why doesnt America Pass a law if you take a life you must give a life?

So meany people are dieing from Kidney disease the loss of one kidney will not shorten the life of a murderer but will save the life of another at lest give the murderer a option

Denying convicted murderers of the right to choose how their remains are disposed of after they die isn't necessary.

There are plenty enough people to donate organs to help people with kidney disease. It's just that not enough people sign up, because of course no one ever plans to die.

We need a better organ donation campaign (government sponsored would be good), and also the government needs to take steps to prevent the high rate of kidney disease in the first place. Like perhaps no longer subsidizing the sugar crop.

I'm 16 and have kidney Disease .......I had to wait 4 years to get a kidney. There are not enough people to donate!!!

I think they should pass a law to do that. Report It

it is an ethical thing, just like we can't mandatorily sterilize or even give free birth control to meth adicts and stuff. besides most people in jail would not be eligable to donate due to the dz they have and stuff.

well, if u kill someone, if the police track you down then u will most likely be executed....so I dunno about kidney disease, but that is what happens if u murder someone theoretically...

Because you cannot 'give a life' you can only save a life.
If a body part is not given voluntarily, then by some law of the universe the recipient will not benefit from it.

that is the stupidiest thing i have read here today..so does that mean someone who needs a liver transplant can have half of yours right now because your liver will regenerate over the course of a few monthes
