Deodorant/antiperspirant complications with kidney disease?


Okay, grab your deodorant bottle and look at a section labled "Warnings". A little bit down the list it says "Ask a doctor before use if you have kidney disease." What kind of complications would someone with kidney disease have if they use deodorant/antiperspirant and why?
