If Kidney Cancer spreads to the lungs, what are the symptoms? Renal cell carcinoma, also known by a gurnistical tumor, is the most common form of kidney cancer arising from the renal tubule. It is the most common type of kidney cancer in adults. Initial therapy is with surgery. It is notoriously resistant to radiation therapy and chemotherapy, although some cases respond to immunotherapy. Subsequently to be followed with Chemotheraphy and radiation theraphy to ensure no recurrance or spreading of the disease. Sometimes a cough but one may have no symptoms at all. The ones I have seen experienced severe SOB. At first there may not be any, as it progresses, it may cause shortness of breath, dizziness, pain, etc. It would be no different than regular lung cancer! |
