What path does kidney cancer take and what happens at the end? Kidney cancer is extremely aggressive, and spread like wild fire thru the body. It is usually detected when its too late. This is what happened to my Mum. She was diagnosed in May with kidney cancer, but it had already spread to the liver and lung. She pasted away sept 7. Mum was only sick for 4 months, it completely stripped her of her life. xxx Kidney cancer is a disease in which the cells in certain tissues of the kidney start to grow abnormally and form tumors.
