Can a 25 year old women get kidney cancer?

Can a 25 year old women get kidney cancer?

Of course!!

It is likely? Probably not, but there's always a chance.

Knowing that, realize that if you think you may have cancer tha you need to go to the doctor. Self-diagonisis, with the exception of breast cancer, is going to drive you crazy.

I think so, though it's probably not as common in younger people.

anyone can get cancer it doesn't matter what age you are

Yes, but it is rare. My advisor in grad school died from kidney cancer, but he was 50. If you are worried, then see a doctor and have some tests done.

I thought I had breast cancer for a while, but thank God it was just plain lumps. It is always better safe than sorry. We did multiple tests. the younger you are when you get breast cancer, the more aggressive it is and harder to treat. Each type of cancer is different.

My husband is a doctor and every now and then he has young patients. It is sad. You (or your loved one) will be in our prayers.

Yes. I was diagnosed with melanoma at 21. It is odd how you hear of older people with cancer, and of course pediatric cancer. You seldom hear of people in their 20s with cancer.

Unfortunately, cancer of all kinds doesn't age-descriminate.

Yes since one associated risk is heredity (if someone related to you has had it) Other causes include smoking and obesity. Children can have renal cancer as well.

Certainly, though statistically, the odds are small. I was 39 when I was diagnosed with Kindey cancer back in 2000. 7 years later I'm still fighting.

Unfortunately, cancer has no limits. On age, gender, ethnic origins or locale.

You are never too young or too old to get a cancer.
