Keloids :(? |
I got my nose pierced on September 22 2007 and I have had this bump by my nose piercing for about 2 weeks. Today I went to this guys piercing store to get a new nose ring and he told me that i had a KELOID. I had no idea what it was...so I was freaking out...But the bump I have is little...and I know you have to go to a dermatologist...but do you know how they treat it? Like by injection, some type of lotion?? I had the same thing for a bit when I first had my nose pierced..it is mostly scar tissue. One thing I found that worked is to break a little bit of aspirin, mix it with hydrogen peroxide to make a soft paste and apply it once daily. It softened the keloid and it soon disappeared. |
