How do I get rid of alot of keloids on my head ?

I have alot of small keloids on my head including a big one above my neck, how did this happen and how can I treat it ? I never had any piercings or scratches on my head.

You need to talk to a dermatologist or a surgeon. Normally, I would say surgery, but with keloids, you may just be trading one mutant scar tissue for another.
