Is there any affordable & effective treatment for keloids in India ?

keloids have developed due to accident . they are on back side of palm up till elbow

treatment is same as in other countries
1.Silicone gel sheet
2.Intralesional corticosteroid.
3.Cryosurgery.
4.scar removal leaving margins.
5.radio surgery.
6.laser treatment. All are affordable.

What laser treatment will help keloid.... I mean which laser? Report It

If the keloids are recent, there is a cream called contractubex which can be started on.
Cryotherapy with intralesional ( injections inside the keloids) steroids once in 3 weeks with daily silicon gel sheets and contractubex could be the best way to start with for your keloid.
If this doesnt help.... may be keloid removal with intraoperative intralesional steroids and the pressure garments might be tried.
Most dermatologists would be able to help you.
