How i escape from keloids?

i have a keloid on my chest from last 15 years.it is 10 cm.in width & it is increasing now.it get eacthing & swelling.

If it has become painful or cosmetically distressing, you could have it surgically removed and then have a single dose of superficial radiation (usually done with high-energy electrons) to the area to prevent growing back.

I've had good results using this approach with some of my patients, more commonly for keloids in visible locations like the ears. But also on the chest and abdomen.
