Do kenalog injections work on old keloids. Also has anyone ever heard of or used cimeosil for their keloids?

My keloid is 15 years old, I know surgery will probably make it come back even bigger.

Injecting the keloid with a steroid like "Kenalog" may help a bit. A good plastic surgeon may be able to cut it out (revision) and then sew it very carefully and put some medicines in it to avoid keloid scarring.

Did you ever have chemotherapy in your 15 years?. This would darken the skin area - e-oil and pure shea butter can even out the skin tones for discoloration over time.
Each person is different after a surgery and should consider professional guidance in your personal decision to be cut again.

i had a huge keloid after having knee surgery a couple years back. my therapist simply used a massage oil and deeply massaged the keloid. it's still there, but a lot less raised.
