I need help with Keloids?

What will happen if I try to pop what I think is a keloid. I recently got my nose pierced and I think a keloid formed by it allthough it looks like a lil bump. I really wanna pop it but im scared of what will happen. Anyone know?

I do body piercings and what I, as well as colleauges of mine, tell the people we do, is to crush some asprin up into a powder, add just enough water to make a paste. Then apply the paste to it 2-4 times a day leaving it there for about 1/2 hr. This usually will help make it go away. Try not to pop it as then you are causing an opening in the skin and opening yourself up to the chance of infection.

I have the same thing on my ear. I hate it.
