Home remedies for reducing appearance of keloids? (Very small one)?

Any home remedies for a really small keloid from a piercing?

If it is a fresh piercing I recommend adequate cleaning of site, drying and application of sorbolene mixed with maxepa, vitamin E and calendula 3 x daily.
Generally they state many alternative therapies, but if cryosurgery is not an option, nothing else will work on an older lesion.

Try rubbing vitamin E oil with your lotion on it. Anything that will help reduce scarring should work to reduce them. There's some scar reducing ointment on the market.
