If you have Keloids of the auricle from cartilage piercings is there anyway to treat it at home?

there really is nothing you can do for them its just scar tissue that makes a bump.
If the bump is big enough to rub on things then a Dr may be able to remove some of it.

After awhile they stop being a bother. It took about 6 months for mine to be "ignorable" they are on the inside curve of my ear.
