Has any one else experience Kawasaki disease? |
my daughter very recently had this disease and was wondering if anyone else in australia has experienced this with their child and what long term effects there was....my daughter was treated in under 10 days. Hello. My daughter had this disease about 3 years ago.At the time she was 2. It was very scary we had taken her to the doctor 3 times before they finally said get to the hospital. From what I know the sooner you catch this the better. I guess it's a rare disease but is treatable. My daughter was in the hospital for three days and now once a year she goes for testing. They check her heart and do other tests so far this disease has not affected her internally. So as long as the first couple tests came back normal I wouldn't worry about it to much. |
