Name two hospitals that specialize in treating Kawasaki disease.? |
for a project for a project and yes the disease is rare My nephew was treated about 21 years ago for the Kawasaki disease, at the Air Force base hospital in Litchfield, AZ. I don't know the name of the hospital or if it still exist? I am sure it can be looked up. Litchfield is a small town located west of Phoenix. My nephew is the only person I know that had Kawasaki, isn't the disease a very rare one? I am not sure there are any hospitals specializing in Kawasaki. There are pretty exact standards of care and any pediatrician could follow it - however, I would immagine they would refer the case to a pediatric specialist. |
