Can juvenile diabetes be turned around when diagnosed thru exercise and etc?

Type 1 or Juvenile Diabetes means that your body, specifically your pancreas, does not produce insulin. There really isn't any medical treatment to cause the pancreas to begin producing insulin, so therefore Type 1 diabetes requires insulin therapy (injections or a pump). So, technically, no you can't get rid of Type 1 diabetes once you are diagnosed. You will likely be on insulin for the rest of your life.
But, there is good news ... diet and exercise could definitely assist in controlling your blood sugar and you could reduce (reduce, not eliminate) your need for insulin.

I'm certainly no doctor, but I'm pretty sure there is no way that Type I diabetes ever goes into remission. There is plenty of research ongoing to address possible cures. Here's a link from the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation on what they're working on:

I'm afraid not, I wish I'm Type 1 diabetic and have been for 11 years and I am 20 now. But no I don't think it can be....
