Updated Charts/Books on Juvenile(Type 1) Diabetes?

Does anyone know of any good websites or books on Type 1 Diabetes? A lot has changed in the past 10 years and I was looking for updated information. Also, trying to find charts or log books to keep up with food and blood sugar levels. Thanks for any help. It will be much appreciated,

These are some of the websites I use:

http://www.dlife.com/
http://diabetes.webmd.com/default.htm
http://mendosa.com/index.html
http://www.jdrf.org/

You're quite welcome. Good luck with guiding your daughter through her new challenge. I was 17 at diagnosis and it's been 24 years as a Type I. Report It

My daughter is really taking it like a champ, but she knows how sick she was before her diagnosis, so she wants to feel better. She is doing much better now. Report It

I must say, Joe pretty much covered it all

The ones mentioned by Joe are good. Also, for parents, www.childrenwithdiabetes.com
and the book Sweet Kids, by Betty Breckenridge.

Please be aware that the diabetes zone dot com is about a scam cure - they constantly spam this sections of Answers.

Besides all the resources already mentioned, I would also recommend you visit and join TuDiabetes.com. There's a very large group of people with type 1 (myself included) that are members.

As for books, check out BestDiabetesBooks.com.

Hope this helps.

please visit this site you can get good answers about your all questions. Get well soon!!!
