What is the best diet pill and diet?

I have diabetes and i would like to lose weight . Not just because of weight but for my diabetes too. It's Juvenile Diabetes, not the kind for overweight and old people. What is the safest of most effective diet pill? I know none are "safe" but whats the best answer i can get? Plus, i would like to change my diet, what is the cheapest diet plan? I'm 22 and live on my own so i pay for everything i have, as most people know. It's easier to eat unhealthy because it's cheaper. I'm not fat but i just don't feel good about myself. Help.

First off the 2 answers above are not totally correct, but I dont care to really rant on why. In short... For one, they wont make you fat again. Most people dont take them all their lives anyway. Number 2, they are only BAD if you abuse them, or dont know what they are and how to use them. Walking across the street is bad, if you close your eyes. putting a piece of paper in the toaster is bad, or leaving it unattended. If you cross the street and be careful, you can get to your destination. If you put a piece of bread in the toaster and watch it, you can have toast.

There are literally 100's of diet pills out there, and I mean 100's as in WAY over the 100 mark. More like probably 500. So with that, you'll have to research for yourself.

Most people can achieve results without them,

As far as food goes, there is a big misconception that buying food costs more. Here is why it doesn't.

Think about going to Taco Bell, and you get that $1.00 burrito. It gets you LUNCH right? And i'm sure its not complete without a drink, which is probably a Mtn Dew.

Now, a dollar can buy about 12 eggs. $1.67 can buy a jar of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter. A dollar can buy you quite a few bananas. A dollar can buy you some healthy yogurt. Probably almost 2 containers.

So the thing is, you get ONE meal from the burrito, and i'm not even including pop. How many servings do you get from the peanut butter, or the eggs, or the bananas?

So the real truth is that it is NOT cheaper to eat unhealthy. It is QUICKER. Stop at the nearest McDonalds and off you are. $5 isn't much is it? You know you can get about a bag of chicken breasts for $6. You can get WHOLE GRAIN bread for $2.

So what you do, is instead of eating on the go the wrong way, you take that money, and then take the diet pill money for a one month deal, and you buy good food.

Bananas are cheap. Buy eggs, cottage cheese, good yogurt, Peanut Butter, whole grain bread, you can get 12 natural turkey burgers in the box for about $5. Buy some oats, some rice, a bag of almonds, etc etc.

You'll soon realize it is cheaper to get that stuff, and that you just have to spend some time preparing it. I like to take a bag of almonds to work, or toss some peanut butter on a whole grain tortilla, put some honey and bananas on it, roll it up like a burrito and eat it. You can microwave it too.

I was living on my own in CO and I was able to eat healthy. Coupons, specials, and timing is what it was. I had MORE $$$ cause I didnt eat out. I know, only 99 cents for that Taco Bell deal, but 99 cents is 2lbs of bananas.

what he just said is absolutely correct...mickey d's is only good if you don't have the time to cook your own food...however,it is generally healthier and more cost efficient to eat at your own place...trust me, i have reduced weight and saved more $ by doing what the gentleman just wrote.
