Is Diet Soda Bad? |
I have juvenile diabetes and I've always thought that diet soda was ok to drink. I've been hearing that its bad for me to drink lately. True or false? True - I read an article that one of the ingredients in diet cola causes Cancer in rats. With you having diabetes you need to cut out sugar out of your diet and sweeteners count towards your sugar intake. Good luck!! diet soda is not good for anyone!! So TRUE I think Diet coke and other Diet sodas are bad because even there are no calories, there is an aspartame. Diet Soda is terrible for you. Just look it up in some health books and you will read all of it's potential health risks. Stick to water. anykinds of soda is bad for you Diet pop causes weight gain and Aspartame (the artificial sweetener used in over 9000 products) has over 92 known side effects that impact your health. It was listed as a bio weapon by the government to be used against our nations enemies before it was approved to be put in our food and drink. |
