Weight gaining for kids? |
I have a 10yr old son with juvenile diabetes (type 1). At his last trip to see his diabetic doctor, she said he needed to put on some weight. His grandmother took him b/c I was in the hospital so I didn't get a chance to ask the approiate questions. I want y'alls opinion on a healthy way for someone like him to gain weight. Call the doctor and ask what to do. True dat. ask the doctor. just give him some food with a few extra calories in it or like put not too much but a little bit of extra food on his plate. He will gain weight after a couple weeks when i was diagnosed i was 25 pounds underweight in about 3 to 4 weeks I was back to normal weight. |
