Jock Itch. Please Help!!!!!!?

Im not sure if i have jock itch but i think i might. i dont have a rash in between my legs. i hope its jock itch and nothing worse but im wondering if its possible for jock itch to...just go away? can it come and go or do i have to get the jock itch cream or watever? and also instead of getting jock itch cream or powder or watever it is can i just get the stuff for athletes foot? i heard that its the same infection and its the same cure.

If it's really jock itch, you can treat it with any over the counter anti-fungal.
