Jock itch? help (mature people only)?

My balls have been itching like crazy lately the skin is a redish color but doesn't spread to my thigh area,. i havn't had any burning when i urinate, no discharge, no sores or any symptoms that would suspect being an STD. just the itching. but the weird thing is that it stops itching every once in a while. im not sure if jock itch is like that. if anyone could please help that would be great, i had bought a cream for it but im making sure thats what it is

Jock itch is the same fungus as athletes foot and ringworm.. I had a case and went on line and one of the sites suggested I use "Head and Shoulders" Shampoo and an antifungal cream.

I used The shampoo and it began to take away the reddness.....yes you can use shampoo on your groin area.....and from time to time I lather on some antifungal cream and bin go, no problems.

Don't laugh at this..but this will really work...Mix up a vinegar water solution after shower take a cotton ball and dab on mixture...it will sting a little but only a second (it is worth it) let it dry...this will heal the sore tissue ...At first do this very often. Often the oily creams just make the irritation worse....Medicated powders will help get you through the day. Good luck
