Getting Rid of Jock Itch.?

I've had jock itch now for a while. And I have used every over the counter treatment which did not work at all. I went to the doctor and he gave me cream which isn't helping, I need a cure for this jock itch fast. Is there some type of drug or shot they can give me to fasten the cure time?

Yeah dude theres this thing called tenactin and it works like a charm.

Its a spray, but it actually sprays out like a frozen powder like substance.

You use it like 2 times a day for about 3 days to a week and your joc itch is gone.

1. Wash your junk properly.
2. Wash your gear properly.
3. Don't share your gear..
4. Use a Antibiotic cream.
5. don't let your thighs rub together too much.
6. ...gross dude..

Eat yogurt with active cultures a couple times a day, eat no sugar.
Did you try Gold Bond Medicated powder?
Keep the area clean, wash at least twice a day and keep dry. The powder will do that. (you may feel a little sting when you put it on, but it is ok)

Wash the areawith cool water twice a day. (I was told to use a hairdryer on a 'cool' setting to dry the area thoroughly...it also stops spreading the problem, so I do that.)

Then apply an over-the-counter tinea cream followed by a cortisone cream. Only use a small amount of the cortisone, though, as over-use promotes thinning of the skin.

I also apply a baby powder (with a folded tissue, makes it easier to put on) after the creams have 'dried' a bit.

Good luck - it's an irritating problem!

are u sure its jock itch, this might sound grows but it worked for me its called Baggabon sarve, its for shafing and many other reasons, its not going to hurt you if anything help good luck?

See your doctor as soon as possible. There are super bugs out there and it is better to be certain that you do not have another, more serious skin condition than jock itch. You may need treatments by a dermatologist or an internist and/or a prescription for a topical ointment, injection, or other type of medications that require pharmaceutical expertise. Further experimentation with OTC. medications is NOT advisable for you until an accurate diagnosis of the cause of your itching can be done by a medical professional.

You can take INTERNAL (pills) antifungal, which will zero in on the problem area. First consult with MDs, before you try to act. There are bound to be side-effects. The external will be preferable, if you can maintain a strict regimen.
