Cure for jock itch?

is it possible for the jock itch fungus to spread all over the whole body?

Jock itch occurs in areas that are moist and unexposed to air, so unless your entire body is moist and unexposed I would say no - however, if it is more like a raised rash, it could be a yeast infection which can spread but is treated with hydrocortison cream.
If it is indeed jock itch, after aplying something like Gold Bond, try sleeping "commando" (a la carte, in the raw etc...).
